Founding partner of Partners For Community Living
At CICL we measure quality through services that are responsive to the needs and interests of clients and their families. Our policies and outcomes exceed federal and state rules and regulations due to our unwavering commitment to our mission.
Our governing board (Board of Trustees) representing clients, families, business and the community provides oversight, resulting in a high level of accountability.
