If you've been telling yourself it's time to get up and out of your favorite chair and commit to an exercise/wellness plan, then our Adult Day Services may just be the inspiration you have been waiting for.
Our Adult Day Services are open to eligible individuals, including interested individuals within our homes, as well as individuals with developmental disabilities who live with their families in the community.
Our program is located in two locations in Montgomery County, the Kleptz YMCA in Englewood and the West Carrollton YMCA and runs Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. We are in the process of opening our third site at the Huber Heights YMCA.
There are many benefits when you participate in our program, including: a five day a week program of physical activity; transportation to and from our community locations; no additional costs to participants; personal training with professional staff; small group participation; progress documented at every visit; availability of free lessons, such as swimming; full membership in the YMCA that participants may use at any time.
Activities include walking on indoor track; swimming; basketball, strength training, calisthetics and more. We provide transportation to and from our Adult Day Services activities.
