The Resident Home Association (RHA) is a private, nonprofit 501 (c) (3) agency providing lifelong person-centered residential services (homes) and other services for 80 adults with developmental disabilities in Montgomery County, Ohio. We have 12 homes located throughout the community. Two of our homes were made possible through planned gifts from the estates of Mary O'Leary and John Macrea. RHA boasts one of the highest staff retention rates in Ohio, with 46 of our 73 staff with five years or more of service. Kris Bergman and Evelyn Johnson have passed the milestone of 30 years of service.

Jean Russell is the oldest person we serve at a young 83. Brent Janeway is our youngest resident at 53. The median age of the people we serve is 55. Mike Spurling is the first person served by RHA, moving into our first home in 1968 and continues to call RHA home and family.
