One of our earliest homes, our Third Street Ladies Home, was replaced in 2010 with a new accessible home in Clayton. The home is owned by Miami Valley In-Ovations (MVIO), with RHA continuing to provide services to the ladies who have been together for more than two decades, first at Third Street and now in their new home.

Resident Home Association (RHA) is a private, nonprofit 501 (c) (3) agency providing lifelong person-centered residential services (homes) and other services for adults with developmental disabilities in Montgomery County, Ohio. We have homes located throughout the community. Two of our homes were made possible through planned gifts from the estates of Mary O'Leary and John Macrea.
As one of the first residential services providers in Ohio at a time when the only option for most families was to institutionalize their family members with disabilities, many of our residents have grown older along with us and now are celebrated as senior citizens. Our oldest resident is 80+ and our youngest is 20+.The median age of the people we serve is 55. Mike is the first person we served, moving into our first home in 1968. He continues to be an honored and valued member of our extended RHA family.
