RHA provides accessible and nurturing homes located throughout Montgomery County.
Our homes center on a family atmosphere. Our homes are true households. Staff are present to support and enhance the home environment and to positively support the people we serve, including encouraging them to actively participate in the daily activities within their homes and in the community.
Emphasis is given to individual personal spaces, with homes that reflect the interests and needs of the people who live in them. That may extend to the color of paint on the walls, to themes and decorations centered around a favorite sports team or hobby, showcasing a favorite collection - all to provide those personal touches that make a house a home.
You will find our homes in the heart of neighborhoods throughout our community. Our homes are reflections of their neighborhoods. Lawns are well manicured, with seasonal landscaping mirroring the homes around them. There are no signs setting our homes apart from their neighbors. Like our neighbors, our homes are decorated for the holidays, there are cookouts in the backyard in the spring and summer, the garbage is taken out to the curb, mail is picked up and we wave and say hello to our neighbors across a driveway or fence.
